The exact nature of their group is at this time unknown, save the following.

• There is a Dark Council that lead this group
• Veltargo, a Necromancer Mage and Cleric of Death operates on behalf of this Council to perform tasks.
• The Cult operates on a cell bases structure, with subordinates knowing only what they need to and nothing more.
